Terrex Construction has been working with Schaefer on their new headquarters project to be located in downtown Cincinnati, which was recently announced in the following article from the Cincinnati Business Courier.
“Schaefer, the largest solely structural engineering firm in the region, is expected to relocate its local and headquarters operations to downtown Cincinnati. The firm is expected to sign a long-term lease for about 18,000 square feet of space at the Midland Building, located at 537 E. Pete Rose Way, contingent upon city approval for job creation tax incentives.”
