Terrex Development and Construction and Messer Construction Co. announced a major mixed-use development project that will be located at the new interchange of Martin Luther King Drive and I-71. The development represents the first large-scale, joint project for the two firms, and will be first major development catalyzed by the new interchange.
Fayette Regional Hospital Detox Center
Fayette Regional Health System was awarded nearly $10 million in federal grant money from the Indiana State Department of Health through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program – Part B. The grant allows Fayette Regional to create an all-inclusive 4.0 detoxification unit and programs with special attention to those diagnosed with HIV.

DEVELOPMENT and CONSTRUCTION
Terrex was selected by The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati (TCTC) to lead the construction and renovation of an existing 30,000 SF manufacturing building on Red Bank Road. This new facility for TCTC includes their administrative offices, classroom & studio spaces, and a 150 seat proscenium theater.
Americano Burger Bar
When Chef Cristian and Amanda Pietoso wanted to launch a new restaurant concept downtown, they asked Terrex to help build their vision. Terrex partnered with Drawing Department and 3CDC to create the Americano Burger Bar located at 545 Race Street within the 84.51° Centre.
