Americano Burger Bar

When Chef Cristian and Amanda Pietoso wanted to launch a new restaurant concept downtown, they asked Terrex to help build their vision. Terrex partnered with Drawing Department and 3CDC to create the Americano Burger Bar located at 545 Race Street within the 84.51° Centre.

The project encompasses approximately 4,000 SF of street level retail within one of the newest office buildings downtown. The design called for an open kitchen and bar with the ability to seat about 100 guests, including an outdoor patio that has seating for 25. The centerpiece of the restaurant is an American flag on the ceiling that is constructed from thousands of empty beer cans.
