Terrex Development and Construction was a strong partner of TCT throughout their project process. Terrex helped TCT define their project parameters, research all of the available properties, helped in the acquisition of the property, and provided Design-Build construction services. The construction scope included renovating and expanding the former G&G Manufacturing facility to provide new administrative offices, classroom studios, and 150 seat theater.
