MANAGING BUDGET & SCHEDULE
We believe that the pre-construction phase is one of the most impactful phases of the project. The success of the project depends on working collaboratively with both Owner and the design team to bring to life the best possible design solutions while still managing the impact to budget. Most contractors will only provide budget feedback at Schematic, Design Development, and then finally at Construction Documents. This can often lead to a project re-design late in the design phase, leading to schedule delays, increased design costs, and compromised project value. The Terrex approach starts with the budget goal for the project and then we provide continual feedback throughout the design process to keep the project in line with budget expectations.
