After successful projects helping Champion renovate their main manufacturing facility in Sharonville and their showroom/warehouse facility in Dayton, Champion asked Terrex to help renovate another building they lease in Lexington, Kentucky. Terrex Construction performed as the design-build contractor for a showroom and warehouse building that Champion leases on Old Todds Road in Lexington, Kentucky. Terrex first created a comprehensive budget to allow Champion to make value based decisions for the project. Once approved, Terrex then turn-keyed the project, managing the project budget, design, schedule, and construction.
