Terrex partners with Sanders Development Group to redevelop Walnut Hill building for TriVersity Construction 

Terrex worked with Robert Sanders / Sanders Development Group and TriVersity Construction to create a partnership to redevelop a Port owned building in the Walnut Hills neighborhood. The building, located at 921 Curtis Street just south of Peebles Corner, is approximately 21,000 SF over two levels and includes an adjacent 10,000 SF existing warehouse building. 

Sanders had put the redevelopment deal together, connecting with TriVersity CEO Mel Gravley. Terrex is using its additional horsepower to help take the finish line.

Sanders will partner with Terrex Development & Construction LLC on the development project. Sanders had worked with Terrex while he was with the Port and they stayed connected when Sanders launched his own firm.

Project Summary:

  • 21,000 SF lease to TriVersity Construction
  • Site includes a 10,000 SF storage building for lease
  • Acquisition of adjacent lot for additional employee parking
