Mall Road Shoppes Makeover
Terrex completed renovations for the Mall Road Shoppes in Florence, Kentucky. This complicated project involved converting an existing retail building that was fully occupied by one tenant, but who needed to downsize the amount of space they had within the building. The project included maintaining operations for that existing tenant while converting the retail building to allow for a second tenant. This involved separating utilities, removing the old building façade, and the installation of a new façade of brick, EIFS, and stone to match the adjacent retail buildings within the development.
