Terrex leads development process for Messer HQ
Messer is Cincinnati’s largest commercial builder and had outgrown their Bond Hill corporate facility. Messer needed to find a new location for their corporate headquarters and, in doing so, they trusted Terrex to lead the process for them. Terrex provided Messer with turn-key development services to help them identify and select the best new site for their HQ location.
The 50,000-square-foot facility will accommodate the 116 employees who currently work at the corporate office, along with another 40 the company plans to hire over the next three years.
