Terrex builds out new Petland in Mall Road Shoppes of Florence
Terrex performed as the construction manager for the Owner of the Mall Road Shoppes of Florence to build-out existing retail space for their new tenant, Petland. Terrex first created a comprehensive budget to allow the Owner to make value based decisions for the project. Once approved, Terrex turn-keyed the project, managing the project budget, schedule, and construction.
