The headquarters of one of Greater Cincinnati’s largest private companies was recently purchased for $26.5 million. Belcan LLC’s headquarters, Hawthorne Center at 10151 Carver Road in Blue Ash, was recently sold by OA Development to BDP Blue Ash DST, a private capital buyer, for $26.5 million, or about $196 per square foot.
Belcan started the process of consolidating its local operations and relocating its global headquarters to Hawthorne Center in 2019. Belcan selected Terrex Development & Construction as its design-builder for a renovation of the building, creating an office that provides new work and meeting spaces for its employees, clients and vendors. M+A Architects served as the design team for the renovation project.
