More than a year after announcing plans to establish its permanent headquarters in Cincinnati, a company headed by a former American Financial Group executive is ready to move into its new digs downtown.
Core Specialty, a specialty property and casualty insurance company founded by CEO Jeff Consolino, has signed a lease for more than 19,000 square feet at PNC Center, located at 201 E. Fifth St. The office, located on the 12th floor, is expected to open to employees Aug. 1.
